The Charter Oak Unified School District has worked with Rachlin Partners to produce a comprehensive needs assessment of the facilities of Charter Oak Unified.
The attached link is a copy of that plan developed through a collaborative effort by seeking input from various groups throughout the District. In addition to the input, inspections and walkthroughs occurred on all District sites. This plan is reflective of every idea received during the process; no suggestion was left out. Unfortunately, it is not feasible to expect that each and every project suggested throughout the needs assessment will come to fruition. The Board of Trustees will review these recommendations to determine next steps which will include additional, in-depth review of District needs, community input, and alignment with financial resources. This will occur through a series of Board Workshops that will begin in the early Fall.
