Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Job Walk: Monday, October 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at Charter Oak Adult Education 1115 E. Puente St., Covina, CA 91724. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory Pre-Bid conference and job walk will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
Bid Deadline: Sealed bids containing the documents specified in the Information for Bidders form shall be received up to but not later than 1:00 p.m. November 7, 2024.
