Fiscal Services

At Charter Oak Unified, our Fiscal Services Department, which is under the Business Services umbrella, safeguards the district’s financial health by overseeing budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting with transparency and precision. We prepare and monitor annual budgets, manage cash flow, process purchase orders and vendor payments, and administer state and federal grant funds in strict compliance with all regulations. By conducting regular audits, forecasting revenues and expenditures, and providing timely financial analysis and guidance to site leaders and the Board, we ensure that every dollar is invested wisely in support of student success and organizational excellence.
