Dear Charter Oak Families,
 
As the fall season brings a fresh sense of excitement to our campuses, I am continually reminded of how fortunate we are to be part of a great community that supports our schools.  
 
Our dedicated educators work tirelessly to provide innovative and engaging classroom experiences that challenge and inspire our students to reach their full potential. Whether in the core subjects, the arts, or our advanced programs, the commitment to learning is visible in every classroom.
 
In addition to academics, our district’s vibrant co-curricular programs are thriving. From athletics to performing arts, student clubs to community service projects, these activities enrich our students’ educational experience and help them develop critical life skills. It’s always amazing to see how these programs foster teamwork, leadership, and a sense of belonging.

Bid#24-25-02 Roofing Project (Charter Oak Adult Education)

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Job Walk: Monday, October 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at Charter Oak Adult Education 1115 E. Puente St., Covina, CA 91724. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory Pre-Bid conference and job walk will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.

Enroll Now

Charter Oak Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a brand new student from any internet device. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the school-site is electronically notified that you have completed the online enrollment process, and they will be ready to take your required documents when you stop by their office.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

This Enrollment process is NOT necessary for any student that was enrolled in a Charter Oak USD school during the 23-24 school year and is moving up to the next grade level. Only NEW students starting Kinder/TK or coming from another district need to complete this process.

If you need assistance with online enrollment, please contact your school site or

make an appointment with the Student Services Office.
